Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Read & understand English (US Customary) measuring system.
• Able to read ruler measurement to the nearest ¼.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the production schedule and BOM.
• Perform set-up functions: select proper raw materials (box, labels, and netting).
• Understand product characteristics required (length, width, etc.).
• Cycle the machine with limited maintenance assistance.
• Test initial product, length, and bag alignment where applicable.
• Make necessary line adjustments.
• Verify product is in spec per work orders.
• Package product per packaging instructions.
• Label products with lot number, serial, product type or description.
• Adhere to Food Safety Regulations as applicable.
