Job summary

Lone Wolf is seeking a Website Manager to own the end-to-end online experience, write conversion-focused copy, and continuously improve the site based on data and testing. You will manage day-to-day CMS tasks, perform basic front-end updates, and drive CRO initiatives to maximize engagement and conversions.

You’ll work with Marketing, Design, and Growth to launch new pages and campaigns, while ensuring performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a website in a professional CMS environment.
• Strong copywriting with ability to write clear, on-brand site content.
• Hands-on CRO with A/B testing and optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website day-to-day, including page builds, content updates, and site structure within the CMS.
• Make basic front-end updates and troubleshoot issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write and edit on-site copy — headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and page content.
• Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the site: identify friction points and opportunities.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests and ship improvements.
• Monitor site analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Growth to launch pages and campaigns.
• Own site performance fundamentals — speed, mobile, accessibility, SEO.
• Develop and maintain JSON-LD structured data for SEO/EO visibility.
• Audit site content, links, and functionality to fix issues proactively.
• Prioritize enhancements based on data, tests, and business priorities.
• Coordinate with developers or agencies on larger technical projects.
