Job summary

eCommission is seeking a hands-on Marketing Web Developer to own the website's health, performance, and conversion. You will code in PHP/WordPress, build templates, and ship pages quickly while ensuring accurate tracking and HubSpot integration.

You will work with the Chief Marketing Officer, IT, and external agencies to improve campaigns, speed, and SEO. A strong front-end touch and data-driven mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on web development with PHP and WordPress.
• Experience building and maintaining reusable page templates.
• Comfortable with version control, staging environments, and safe deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking.
• Experience running A/B tests on live sites with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot forms, tracking, and CRM data.
• Experience working with a marketing team to support campaigns and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Code and maintain website pages in PHP/WordPress, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create reusable templates for campaigns, landing pages, and content.
• Maintain a clean codebase with version control and traceable changes.
• Manage staging-to-production workflows and QA across devices and browsers.
• Own tracking setup end-to-end: GTM, GA4, conversions, and pixels.
• Design and optimize landing pages for paid media and email campaigns.
• Map website data into HubSpot and ensure clean source attribution.
• Ensure SEO health with on-page optimization, redirects, and sitemaps.
