Job summary
Berxi, a Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance company, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Web Production Manager to build and optimize customer-facing pages on Berxi.com. You will own page production, translate strategy into high-quality experiences, and partner with our web agency.
The role requires 3–5 years in web execution, WordPress, HTML/CSS, UX focus, and analytics to boost conversions. This onsite Boston position offers a collaborative team, growth opportunities, and a competitive
Qualifications
- Experience building pages in WordPress or similar CMS.
- Troubleshoot front-end issues with HTML/CSS.
- Understand UX and content hierarchy.
- Experience with analytics to drive performance.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page performance.
- Experience with SEO and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to onsite work four days per week in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing page experiences using WordPress.
- Own site performance and conversion improvements.
- Manage day-to-day site health with agency support.
- Solve simple front-end issues with HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate with agency on complex fixes.
- Improve templates and workflows.
