Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in inside sales, lead conversion, or call center with quota.
• Strong closing skills and ability to book appointments without pushiness.
• Experience handling multi-location schedules and offers.
• CRM/shop management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound leads to convert to booked appointments.
• Log calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM with clear tagging.
• Follow up on quotes and unconverted leads until booked or closed.
• Support campaigns and manage spikes in lead volume across locations.
• Escalate service concerns to management when needed.
