Maven Clinic is seeking a conversational AI UX writer and voice partner to define Maven's product language across AI agents, UX copy, and disclosures. You will ensure the copy is clear, empathetic, and aligned with brand voice while guiding prompts and language patterns.

In this role you will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, and Product teams to deliver consistent voice, tone, and taxonomy, shaping onboarding screens and care plan experiences.

Formación

• Experience shaping UX copy for product experiences and AI interactions.
• Ability to translate brand voice into practical language guidelines.
• Comfort balancing clinical accuracy with empathetic, human-centered copy.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI agent conversations and provide tone and clarity feedback.
• Define Maven's AI voice and language principles for product use.
• Synthesize feedback into actionable prompts and language guidelines for engineers.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Engineering and Compliance to align language.
