Qualifications

• Academic degree in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and testing of production-grade conversational AI systems.
• Work with customers to analyse and understand business requirements.
• Design the application in line with usability principles and business requirements.
• Implement and test semantic models and conversation flow using ML and rule-based techniques.
• Analyse real-life human-system dialogs, assess system performance and identify improvements.
• Engage in QA activities, such as regression testing and end-to-end testing.
