Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience. You will design, deploy, and optimize multi-agent workflows on a unified CX platform, bridging discovery with operations.

You’ll build Code Agents, integrate with databases and CRMs, and ensure low-latency, scalable solutions. Strong Python/TypeScript skills and hands-on CX Agent Studio experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 3+ years of experience building conversational AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and handling complex JSON payloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-agent architectures: Root/Steering and Sub-agents with CX Agent Studio.
• Write custom code tools & callbacks in Python or TypeScript.
• Leverage CX Agent Studio CLI for linting and semantic validation.
• Design generative playbooks and control flows with XML-like agent instructions.
• Program enterprise integrations via APIs and webhooks (MCP/OpenAPI).
• Automate quality and evaluation with CI/CD and simulation evals.
