Job summary

HCLTech seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead deployment of Gemini Enterprise App and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform in client environments. You will architect connective tissue enabling agents to reason across silos and execute long-running workflows.

The role blends senior software engineering with strategic consulting, focusing on secure, auditable governance and scalable AI integration within enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Design multi-agent systems using the ADK.
• Integrate Gemini agents with legacy APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce).
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using Vertex AI Search and BigQuery.
• Deploy Agent Identity and Agent Gateway protocols for auditable, secure governance.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Architecture: Design multi-agent systems using the ADK, implementing patterns like hierarchical delegation and self-reflection.
• Production Implementation: Write production code that integrates Gemini agents with legacy APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce).
• The Grounding Expert: Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Vertex AI Search and BigQuery, ensuring agents have zero-hallucination access to enterprise truths.
• Governance & Security: Deploy Agent Identity and Agent Gateway protocols to ensure every AI action is auditable, secure, and compliant with regional data residency laws.
• Field-to-Product Loop: Act as the eyes and ears for Google's core engineering. Identify common friction points in the Agent Platform and collaborate with product teams to build reusable Skills and modules.
