Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an experienced chatbot engineer to design, build, and maintain NICE virtual agents across digital channels. You will develop conversation flows, intents, and dialog logic, and tune NLU models to enhance customer experience.

Collaborating with analysts and CX designers, you will participate in reviews, planning, and release readiness, ensuring effective bot capabilities and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience building chatbot solutions, preferably with NICE Cognigy.
• Strong understanding of conversational design, NLU, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain NICE virtual agents for digital chat and self-service.
• Develop conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialog logic across voice and digital channels.
• Configure and tune NLU models to improve intent recognition and CX.
• Work with Business Analysts, CX designers, and stakeholders during discovery workshops.
• Participate in design reviews, backlog refinement, and release planning for virtual agent initiatives.
• Communicate bot capabilities, limitations, and release readiness to technical and non-technical partners.
