Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Charlotte, NC is seeking a results-driven professional to lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical designs for Employee Virtual Assistant capabilities.

You will create documentation, manage Jira epics and user stories, collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and partners, analyze data, and ensure on-time delivery while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements sessions with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable AI design documents for developers and testers.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data decisioning logic for virtual assistant experiences.
• Experience creating Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria for Employee Virtual Assistant capabilities.
• Create clear, thorough technical documentation including BRDs, functional specs, data mappings, and integration details.
• Translate requirements into actionable conversational AI design docs for developers, testers, and product stakeholders.
• Create and maintain Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation that define expected behavior and testable success conditions.
• Deliver work on time while identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies and contribute to mitigation plans.
