Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs.
Ability to create technical documentation including processes and data mappings.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data decisioning logic.
Experience with Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements sessions with business partners and technology teams.
Create detailed technical documentation including BRD/FRS and data mappings.
Translate requirements into AI design documents for developers and designers.
Define and validate acceptance criteria and test plans.
Review vendor tools workflow logic and integration points.
Analyze large data sets and dashboards to identify trends.
Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver virtual assistant capabilities.
