Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field; five years in hospitality with supervisory experience.
• Experience with special events, conventions and show promoters preferred.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to facility booking inquiries and prepare contracts, event orders, and invoices with approval.
• Create and maintain detailed event files and schedules for large events.
• Direct and guide Event Service Representatives, temporary staff and contractors during events.
• Assist with daily operations, inventory and budget input; monitor budget lines and procurement.
• Coordinate sale and execution of Adult Beverage orders and ensure NC ABC compliance.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and coordinate maintenance and safety protocols.
• Supervise staff and participate in safety and training meetings.
