Dua Miami, an Autograph Collection Hotel, seeks a Convention Services Manager – Sales OEM to lead catering and F&B sales, coordinate events, and ensure unforgettable experiences. You will partner with the Director of Sales to drive revenue while delivering flawless event orders.

Based in Miami, you will build client relationships, track market trends, and stay ahead with fresh ideas. The role requires strong selling skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in convention/event and catering sales preferred.
• Creativity and knowledge of food, beverage, events; strong selling skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication skills to negotiate with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Drive catering and food & beverage sales while delivering memorable events.
• Build relationships with clients and groups and manage on-site events.
• Hit revenue goals and impress meeting planners.
• Attend key meetings and keep hotel operations smooth.
• Deliver flawless event orders and communicate changes quickly.
• Support the Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services.
