Job summary

The American Soybean Association is seeking a Convention Project Coordinator to help plan and execute Commodity Classic, America’s largest farmer-led convention and trade show. This role demands highly organized, detail-focused project management and collaboration with ASA staff, partner associations, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.

You will contribute to attendee experiences, coordinate programs and education, manage sponsorship deliverables, and support on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics shaping attendee experience including tours, lobby entertainment, signage and on-site materials.
• Research and recommend new attendee experiences, activations, and program elements.
• Manage invitations and logistics for events such as the First-Timer Meet-Up and Media Reception.
• Coordinate program elements and education session administration.
• Assist with sponsorship deliverables and exploring new sponsorship opportunities.
• Maintain master calendars of deadlines and milestones; keep staff and partners informed.
