Job summary

The American Soybean Association in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Industry Relations Program Manager to join the Industry Relations team.

This role oversees leadership development programs, industry meetings, sponsor-funded initiatives, educational events, and stakeholder engagement to support ASA's mission and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive project manager who excels at building relationships, coordinating complex initiatives, and delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Five+ years of program management, meetings and events, or nonprofit experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Valid driver's license and domestic travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs, educational initiatives, meetings, and industry events.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor program progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful delivery of sponsor commitments and grant-funded program requirements.
• Manage all aspects of meetings and events, including registration, travel logistics, venues, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate participant materials, agendas, presentations, and meeting resources.
• Provide onsite leadership during ASA meetings, conferences, and programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with sponsorship development, proposals, stewardship, and reporting.
• Coordinate communications, maintain CRM records, and manage program budgets and documentation.
