AC&T Co. Inc. is seeking a dedicated Convenience Store Manager to lead operations across our Maryland locations in the tri-state area. You will direct store employees, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable performance, while upholding AC&T policies.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, scheduling, managing inventory, optimizing merchandising, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in retail or store management preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct store operations and supervise assigned employees to ensure safe, profitable operation.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and discipline staff; conduct periodic meetings.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing, promotions, and displays.
• Monitor cash handling and bank deposits; ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised store and safe premises.
