Job summary

Appone is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in managing the entire store's operations in Maryland. You will help meet performance goals, train hourly associates, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will supervise day-to-day tasks, schedule workers, and enforce policies to drive profitability. You should be able to work all shifts, pass background checks, and have a valid driver’s license.

• Plans and prepares work schedules and coordinates daily assignments.
• Verifies age for age-restricted sales and adheres to regulations.
• Enforces safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Processes invoices and prepares daily deposits.
• Completes daily paperwork and store reports.
• Conducts periodic store inventories.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store appearance and profitability.
• Avoids conflicts of interest and ensures no harassment.
• Performs duties of a typical store associate when needed.
