Workforce Recruiter is recruiting a Controls Technician for the southwest suburban Atlanta area to join a major established company. The role focuses on designing, integrating, and installing automated equipment, building PLC panels, and programming controllers to get systems running.

Responsibilities include pneumatic/hydraulic control installation, PLC troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers and production teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience.
• Authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship.
• Experience building and programming control panels and wiring machines.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics from prints or schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems using a computer and program/repair controllers.
• Build and wire control panels and install/commission automated equipment.
• Work with engineers and production teams to ensure target output and performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on controls and automated systems.
