Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Controls Technician for a day shift in the southwest suburban Atlanta area. The role involves designing and integrating controls for automated equipment, building PLC panels, programming them, and getting systems running.

Expect responsibilities across pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and robot/controller integration. Requires at least 6 years of related experience, plus work authorization in the USA; benefits and a strong 401(k) with matching

Qualifications

• Experience in PLC programming and ladder logic troubleshooting is required.
• Panel building and electrical experience are essential for hands-on control work.
• Knowledge of safety circuits and robotic systems is desirable.
• Desire at least 6 years of related experience and ability to work within a production environment.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install and program PLCs for automated equipment.
• Build and wire PLC panels and integration of controls.
• Troubleshoot Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and control circuits.
• Maintain and service automated production systems.
• Train staff on installation, use, and maintenance of equipment.
