Aspire Talent Solutions in the Atlanta area seeks a Controls Technician for a day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon-Fri). The role involves cell design, integration of controls, and installation of automated equipment.

Build PLC panels and program them to run, and assist with configuring, testing, operating, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting controls and automated systems used in production. Responsibilities include pneumatics and hydraulics troubleshooting, PLC system diagnostics, and

Formación

• Desire at least 6 years of related experience.
• PLC programming expertise required.
• Ladder logic troubleshooting experience required.
• Panel building experience.
• Electrical experience necessary.
• Some robotic experience preferred.
• Safety circuit integration knowledge required.
• Authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Install and wire PLC panels and integrate controls.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and robot controllers.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits per schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine upgrades on controls systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to meet output targets.
• Train others on installing, using, and servicing equipment.
