Job summary

OPTIMIZED LOGISTICS LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Controls Technician to support injection molding, extrusion, and assembly equipment. You will monitor processes, troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems, and ensure adherence to design standards for consistent product quality.

The role requires electrical aptitude, data analysis, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering to implement validated changes. Lifting up to 50 lbs and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• AAS degree or related technical discipline; mechanical/manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with MS Office applications; strong technical communication.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control manufacturing processes (injection molding, welding, extrusion) to meet quality standards.
• Quality checks and collaboration with QC teams to implement improvements.
• Implement and validate PLC changes; optimize processes with engineering and maintenance.
• Conduct training sessions; work with tools and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform data analysis; communicate issues to production and management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment with maintenance teams.
