RRC Solutions Group in the Atlanta area seeks a skilled Controls Technician for a day shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will participate in cell design, integrate controls, and install automated equipment, building and programming PLC panels to get systems running.

Responsibilities include configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting controls across production automation, with opportunities to train others and support engineers and the production team to achieve targets.

Formación

• At least 6 years of related experience.
• PLC programming with confidence from PLC programs.
• Comfortable programming a machine process from scratch.
• Comfortable wiring a 9-lead motor and stress testing windings.
• Identify critical data from motor nameplates to spec or program components.

Responsabilidades

• Install pneumatics and hydraulics from prints.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems using a computer.
• Install, program, or repair controllers and robot controllers.
• Build and service panels; operate or oversee equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine upgrades.
• Repair machine controls and related systems as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment to replace defective parts.
• Train others to install, use, and service equipment.
