Electrical Automation Services is hiring Controls Technicians to maintain and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems for a large bakery in Swedesboro, NJ. The role requires troubleshooting, leadership across shifts, and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

You'll oversee maintenance for PLCs, drives, and networks, while supporting plant utilities. A high school diploma with extensive industrial experience is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, read P&IDs, and understand system interconnection drawings.
• Proficiency with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming, configuration, and troubleshooting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related equipment failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for PLCs, drives, networks, and production equipment.
• Maintain electrical schematics, control programs, system configurations, and equipment documentation.
• Support plant utility systems including steam, refrigeration, HVAC, compressed air, water, and power distribution.
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
