Job summary
Electrical Automation Services is hiring a Controls Technician in Pennsville/Swedesboro, NJ. You will maintain and optimize plant-wide electrical, automation, and process control systems on high-speed production lines while providing technical leadership to Electro-Mechanics across shifts.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and updating electrical schematics and control programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with extensive controls/maintenance experience.
- Strong reading of electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control drawings.
- Experience with PLCs, drives, networks, and production equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems for reliability and uptime.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls failures.
- Train Electro-Mechanics across shifts and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
