Job Details

Shift Hours: Sunday-Thursday 6pm until 2:30am or complete

Responsibilities

1. Support the effective use and functionality of automated equipment within a fully automated Distribution Center, including diagnosing electrical controls issues and programming PLC controllers.
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot materials handling equipment and automated systems.
3. Oversee maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of system controls.
4. Maintain CMMS/EAM system records and manage spare parts inventory.
5. Work extended hours as needed to meet productivity goals.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or equivalent, with at least two years of related experience, preferably with a strong electrical background.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including ability to read CAD, electrical diagrams, and troubleshoot PLCs and network systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including complex electrical systems up to 600 volts.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HMI’s, and related software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and manage inventory effectively.
