eagle Controls seeks a qualified Controls Technician for its Nashville, TN office. You will work on building automation projects, with a focus on HVAC control systems, diagnostics, and commissioning.

Prior IT knowledge and strong communication skills are valued as you support customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate has an associates degree or equivalent, plus hands-on experience with control systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Basic computer skills; IT knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Load system-level controller software and validate functionality.
• Perform basic commissioning and diagnostics to end devices.
• Communicate updates to management and customers.
• Calibrate systems with basic test equipment.
• Document changes for as-built documentation.
• Respond to warranty calls with solutions or paths.
• Complete on-site administrative tasks and timesheets.
• Adhere to safety standards and required trainings.
