Job summary

eagle Controls is seeking a Controls Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN or Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on HVAC-related controls, requiring a technical background, strong learning orientation, and excellent customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will load software, validate system functionality, perform commissioning, document changes, and respond to warranty needs with professional service. Travel and on-site work are expected as part of normal duties.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent education/experience; HS diploma or GED minimum.
• Basic computer skills; IT knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Load system-level controller software and validate functionality.
• Perform basic commissioning and system diagnostics from controllers to end devices and complete commissioning documentation.
• Communicate updates to management and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Calibrate systems using basic electronic test equipment.
• Document changes for as-built documentation.
• Address basic warranty calls and propose service paths for customers.
