Job summary

eagle Controls seeks a Senior Controls Technician to join our Nashville, TN office with travel to regional jobsites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and will bring leadership, direction, and commitment to our projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop control system designs, program and commission systems, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining documentation and driving energy-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, installing, programming, and commissioning building automation control systems.
• Experience leading junior team members and coordinating with project teams.
• Strong knowledge of BACnet/Modbus protocols and typical industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop control system designs that meet project requirements.
• Develop and implement control system programming using industry standard protocols and software tools.
• Configure and integrate control devices, sensors, actuators, and components into overall system design.
