Brady Services in North Carolina seeks a Controls Project Engineer to design complex BAS solutions, plan installation of control equipment, and coordinate with project managers and field technicians. You will create installation submittals, sequence of operations, and controller programming for HVAC systems, ensuring codes and project requirements are met.

This role requires an engineering degree (BSME/BSEE preferred), 2+ years in building automation, familiarity with Visio or CAD, and

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred with understanding of BAS concepts.
• Experience designing, installing and programming building automation systems.
• Familiarity with Trane systems controllers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents to plan system design and controls.
• Create installation submittals and wiring diagrams using Visio/CAD.
• Coordinate with project managers and field technicians during installation.
• Program building automation controllers for HVAC systems.
• Ensure project and code compliance throughout system commissioning.
