Job summary

Smart Building Technologies, a Fidelity Company, is seeking skilled Controls Technicians to service EMS/BAS systems, install sensors and relays, and optimize controller performance across building automation projects.

With 4+ years in HVAC and DDC fields, you will troubleshoot issues, enhance BAS control strategies, and advance your programming skills while collaborating with a dedicated service team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an industry-related field, including HVAC Systems and DDC Systems.
• Deep understanding of BAS control components, control strategies, and programming.
• Tridium Certification and Distech experience would be a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to our existing EMS/BAS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Dive into service installation projects, from sensor and relay upgrades to programming tweaks and controller replacements, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance visits, safeguarding our systems and ensuring they operate flawlessly.
• Partner with our service team to troubleshoot, resolve, and verify service issues, ensuring seamless operations.
• Hone your programming skills to become a self-sufficient service guru, ready to handle any challenge, even when remote support isn't available.
