Responsibilities

• Provide expert service to EMS/BAS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in service installation projects, from sensor upgrades to programming tweaks and controller replacements.
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance visits to keep systems running flawlessly.
• Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot and verify issues for seamless operations.
• Sharpen programming skills to be a self-sufficient service guru, even with limited remote support.
