Qualifications

• Background as a BAS Controls Technician or similar field-based role.
• Strong abilities in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems.
• Knowledge of commissioning processes and point-to-point field verification.
• Experience with equipment startup, termination, and control wiring.
• Comfortable modifying BAS programs or adjusting sequences of operation.
• Effective communicator with building owners, operators, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot building automation systems.
• Support system startups and assist with control device integration.
• Identify and resolve issues in existing BAS programming.
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure quality execution.
• Verify installations against design documents, submittals, and engineering standards.
• Deliver professional on-site communication and customer support.
