A leading Building Automation Systems integrator is seeking an experienced Controls Technician to support commercial BAS projects throughout Omaha and Lincoln, NE. Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Controls Technician or in a BAS service-oriented role
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both BAS hardware and software systems
• Able to develop, modify, and refine control sequences
• Knowledgeable in commissioning, functional testing, and point-to-point verification
• Experience with Tridium, Honeywell, Distech, EasyIO, or Siemens preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams
