Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems.
• Comfortable commissioning and revising control sequences.
• Skilled in preventative maintenance and diagnostics.
• Familiar with major BAS platforms (Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Tridium).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues on existing Building Automation Systems.
• Commission new installations and retrofit controls per specs.
• Modify, optimize, or rewrite BAS control sequences as needed.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and evaluations.
• Identify hardware issues and apply firmware or software updates.
• Work cross-functionally with the controls team to meet service and project goals.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused service to end users and facility teams.

Controls Service Technician – Philadelphia, PA – $31–$48/hr + Company Vehicle + 3 Weeks PTO

• Location: Philadelphia, PA (travel within metro & regional markets)
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | Non-Union

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems
• Comfortable performing commissioning, point-to-point checkout, and revising sequences
• Skilled in preventative maintenance, system diagnostics, and controls repairs
• Familiar with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Tridium
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative team mindset
