Job summary

Citigroup is seeking a Technology Product Owner in the Controls Technology division. You will translate complex risk and control requirements into well-defined epics and stories, maintain a transparent backlog, and guide engineering teams through agile ceremonies to deliver high-quality, compliant software.

You will partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, drive demos, and track post-launch performance, becoming the SME for Controls Technology and ensuring alignment with OKRs

Qualifications

8+ years in a technology-centric role within finance services.
5+ years as a dedicated Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the product backlog, two sprints ahead.
Translate requirements into Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Act as the main contact for engineering during sprints and planning.
