Job summary

Citi's Controls Technology division seeks a strategic Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle for risk and control tech platforms globally. You will translate regulatory needs into scalable, auditable products while balancing strategy with risk governance and AI-enhanced delivery.

You will collaborate with senior executives, risk officers, auditors, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive impact and modernization across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology and product delivery in global financial services or fintech
• 4+ years as Product Manager owning strategy, roadmap execution, and governance
• Deep domain mastery in Risk & Controls, Compliance, or Financial Auditing
• Strong architectural fluency and collaboration with engineering on APIs, data pipelines, and cloud
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder negotiation skills with cross-functional impact

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for Controls Technology platforms
• Lead discovery, value realization, ROI modeling, and business case development for new capabilities
• Mentor product owners and align with executives, risk committees, and auditors on strategy and milestones
• Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Leads on architecture, AI adoption, and scalable delivery across platforms
