Qualifications

8+ years in a technology-centric role within financial services, incl. 5+ years as Execution-focused Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.
Domain expertise in Risk and Controls, Operational Risk, or Regulatory functions.
Hands-on Agile product management: backlog, user stories, story maps, ceremonies (SAFe preferred).
Strong technical fluency to discuss feasibility with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the backlog, prioritizing for at least two sprints ahead.
Translate complex requirements into Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure clear communication of priorities, risks, and status to stakeholders.
Demonstrate value through demos and post-launch performance tracking.
Collaborate with business users, UX, and tech partners to ensure seamless delivery.
