Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support American Health Packaging in the Distribution Center. You will perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate system upgrades.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, a High School Diploma/GED, an Associate degree preferred, and the ability to read CAD layouts and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities/equipment maintenance experience.
• Certification in maintenance or equipment handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System-related error conditions and repairs.
• Oversees maintenance and upgrades of Materials Handling Equipment and system controls.
• Assesses efficiency and defines modifications for handling equipment and picking systems.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to sustain warehouse productivity.
• Maintains CMMS/EAM records for repairs performed on equipment.
• Manages spare parts inventory.
• Willing to work extra hours to meet productivity targets.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
