Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Control Systems Service Engineer – III to provide technical service support for electronic control systems on Mitsubishi and non-OEM gas turbines. You will evaluate operating issues, adjust turbine control settings, modify logic and hardware to improve operability and unit reliability.

Responsibilities include leading design documentation, providing diagnostics and root-cause analyses, mentoring junior engineers, and interfacing with customers and MHI

Qualificações

• MS or BS degree in Computer Science, Controls, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of six years of work experience, including logic programming and hardware configuration for digital control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write reports for customers.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation of functional logic descriptions from P&IDs and system documents.
• Lead the creation of design documents including SAMA logic drawings and test plans.
• Provide diagnostic support and root-cause analyses for control systems and related HMIs.
• Mentor less experienced engineers in gas turbine operation and control system practices.
• Interface with customers and MHI control system engineers to align on logic and hardware changes.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and drive proper documentation and configuration control.
