Job summary

Fluidstack in the United States is seeking a Commissioning Team professional to supervise controls installation, verification, and punch closure across L2-L5 commissioning stages on active data halls. You will coordinate with vendors and field teams to ensure rigorous safety and documentation standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BMS/EPMS supervision, hands-on experience with Tridium/Niagara and related platforms, and are willing to rotate to night shifts on active construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising controls or BMS/EPMS on large projects, data center experience preferred.
• Experience with Tridium/Niagara, ALC, Siemens or comparable platforms.
• Familiar with sequences of operations, points lists, and one-lines; able to challenge vendor checkout results.
• Field leadership including shift supervision and daily reporting.
• Willingness to rotate to active construction sites, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise controls installation verification and checkout across L2-L5 commissioning stages.
• Run point-to-point verification and witness functional performance tests with the commissioning authority, vendors, and trade partners.
• Hold the controls schedule: sequence vendor startup, flag slips early against milestones, drive punch closure.
• Enforce CX documentation gates and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate day-night shift coverage with the Senior Superintendent and report progress to the Site Lead.
