The position requires a BS or equivalent, proficiency in ladder logic, FBD for Allen Bradley PLCs, and Rockwell HMI applications, with travel up to 25% to site locations for startup and support.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in ladder logic and FBD for Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Proficiency in developing Rockwell Software HMI applications.
• Travel up to 25%.

Aufgaben

• Develop PLC programs using ladder logic and FBD to meet project requirements.
• Design HMI applications following JCS HMI standards for plant operations.
• Test and debug VB routines embedded in HMI displays.
• Interface PLC data with SQL server reporting.
• Assist with control panel testing and project documentation.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests internally and with customers.
• Travel to site to commission and support start-up.
• Conduct Site Acceptance Tests and reviews with customers.
• Be available for on-call customer support.
• Collaborate with field service engineers on debugging and maintenance.
