Responsibilities

Design and develop machine control systems using AutoCAD, including sizing and selection of VFDs, motors, filters, protection devices, PLCs, and HMIs.
Program, modify, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs and ladder logic systems, along with Siemens controls support.
Lead installation, integration, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment across multiple local facilities (approximately 30% travel).
Provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting support to maintenance teams, including equipment diagnostics, upgrades, wiring, and real-time machine issue resolution.
Connect to equipment, diagnose control system issues, and modify or develop PLC logic to support production and operational improvements.
