Responsibilities include troubleshooting trunks, LV circuits, coding adjustments, loop tuning, graphics, 3rd-party integrations, and active customer liaison throughout installation and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls systems and field service.
• Ability to read and modify control software for projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot communications trunks and LV control circuits.
• Modify code to fit project design requirements.
• Perform loop tuning and create or modify graphics.
• Coordinate installation and act as customer contact.
• Attend job meetings and maintain field as-builts.
