Quest Global delivers world-class end-to-end engineering solutions and seeks a Project Planner to manage projects, highlight risks, and maintain schedules for diverse industries. The role focuses on coordinating with engineers and customers to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 4–7 years in engineering project/program management, knowledge of Agile, and strong written and verbal communication. On-site work is required at multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of work-experience in engineering project management, product management, program management and/or vendor management.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology is preferred.
• Knowledge of power plant engineering and its operation is preferred.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• The Project Planner will be responsible for managing projects to highlight risks, driving project improvements, and maintaining projects schedules.
• Review projects weekly for risks that could delay deliverables; work with engineers and understand status of tasks; ensure smooth communications and service delivery over full engineering lifecycle.
• Be responsible for project planning and oversight of planned activities from beginning to end.
• Keep track of work in progress, collaborate with suppliers, handle risks, and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
• Serve as customer advocate between internal technical teams and customer technical teams.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates to the customer and Quest Global leadership on progress of deliverables.
• Identify and prioritize customer issues and coordinate with internal team to do PSR, RCAs, etc.
• Lead creation and management of change control procedure, product roadmap, risk register and build release procedure.
