Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex global engineering projects across multiple industries. You will define targets, manage scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to deliver on time.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in engineering, minimum 7 years of PM experience in an engineering environment, PMP certification, strong communication skills, and proficiency with SAP, Gantt charts, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical/Aerodynamic, or equivalent from ABET accredited college/university).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an active Project Manager in an engineering environment with PMP certification.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, communication, execution, coordination, administration, and documentation with cost control.
• Experience with Gantt charts and SAP.
• Strong leadership and collaboration within a cross-functional engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects through the full lifecycle.
• Plan budgets, schedules, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Liaise with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and shipping to meet scope.
• Manage multiple projects and the order-entry process.
• Prepare and present to internal/external clients.
• Develop risk management plans and manage contract changes.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial objectives.
