Job summary

Sunbelt Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead the on- and off-site execution of building automation projects across multiple sites. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction from inception to project closeout.

The role requires strong organizational skills, extensive project management experience in controls or construction, and a valid driver’s license. You will report to the Project Executive and drive profitable project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10-15 years of related work and engineering experience in the Controls or Construction Industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Windows & MS Project.
• Must be highly organized in a high paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage on- and off-site execution of daily project requirements and activities.
• Coordinate staff from all departments for each project and supervise assigned personnel.
• Promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Supervise project construction and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and Sunbelt standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes.
• Provide documentation for project files and ensure timely closeout and training.
