• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and daily field coordination.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, billing support, and change order processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, operations, superintendents, and union foremen.
• Provide on-site field oversight when required (local travel within the metro area).
