BAS Controls is seeking a Construction Manager specializing in BAS for data center environments, covering Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA. You will lead BAS retrofit, upgrades, and integration projects across mission-critical facilities, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven BAS construction management experience, strong HVAC/building automation knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate

Responsibilities

• Promote safe construction practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Oversee BMS controls integration, HVAC upgrades, and related facility systems.
• Review and interpret control drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate site activities with engineers, vendors, trades, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to resolve construction challenges.

• Compensation: $110K-$160K (DOE) + ~20% Annual Bonus
