Key duties include coordinating submittals, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and compliance while mentoring field engineers and aligning with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project plans and specifications for subcontractors and craft persons.
• Implement the pre-construction quality plan and manage testing/inspection processes.
• Obtain and maintain construction permits; manage fee payments and expenses.
• Maintain material tracking, test/inspection lists, and logs; prepare reports.
